The rug looks brand new after 6 years of foot traffic without any cleaning. Michael who answers the phone is extremely easy to deal with, here is the kicker, the two gentleman that delivered the clean rug and set it up were two of the most mannerly, personable guys I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and having in my home. Aaron and CJ were knowledgeable about rugs, they followed directions and moved furniture and laid our rug with great care and were just really nice guys. By the time they left, we wanted to invite them back to have dinner with us on the patio. You just don’t get this kind of service anymore. If your looking for someone to treat your rug like it’s a piece of furniture and actually look forward to working with delivery people who are just all around good people, this is the business you want to work with. Normal wear and tear (then it was shown that it’s accumulated dust/dirt and able to be removed with minimal brushing. 2. The tech said his cleaner would scratch the baseboard so he stays away from those areas. He reported it would have to be removed by hand. He removed the dirt in edges going down the stairs. However, he did not do the master bedroom. Thus, the owner response that it is nearly impossible to remove without removing the baseboards is not what was going on in this space (as it was removed easily with a toothbrush).
